Unless otherwise specified, the products displayed on royaloakindia.com are solely for use in India. Those who wish to access this site from other location/country other than India, do so on their own initiative and royaloakindia.com is not responsible for supply of goods/refund for the goods ordered from other locations/countries other than India, or compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local law are applicable.

By usage of this platform or by sending emails, data or any communication to us, you agree and are aware that you are communicating with us through electronic medium, and thereby consent to receive communications via electronic medium from us periodically or as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.

Online Payment

All payments need to be made via RoyalOakIndia.com website only. Payments to any other payment link or payments via cash are not the responsibility of Royaloakindia.com and it will not be considered as a valid order.

Cancellation and Refund Of Order

Royaloak India reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situations where Royaloak is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed, or the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Royaloak Retail policy, or for any other reason.

Royaloak Points

Customers can earn 2000 points at the time register with Royaloak Online Store.

2000 points = Rs.1000

Terms and Conditions to use Royaloak Points:

  • Royaloak Points can be used on the second purchases or after 24hrs of first successful transaction of an order.
  • On minimum transaction value of Rs.20000 or above, Rs.1000 can be redeemed and Rs.500 can be redeemed on cart value between Rs10000 and Rs20000.
  • Points cannot be clubbed together with other coupons.

Taking Delivery Of Your Order

It says to inspect the packaging but doesn’t say to not open the package. Contact Customer Support and inform them of the damage immediately.

Exceptions To Our Shipping And Delivery Policy

The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:

  • Products prearranged for delivery on COD basis are shipped only upon confirmation of mobile number of the recipient, confirmation of the delivery address and availability of the recipient to receive of the goods.
  • Standard Shipping: Our standard method of shipping is Air Courier. You may expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.

    Ground Shipping: Heavy items are shipped by ground service. You may expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days from the date of shipment.

    Products with an 'International' label are imported from outside India and are delivered in 10-15 business days

If Your Order Does Not Arrive On Time

If your order doesn’t arrive within the particular delivery timeframe please let us know. Tracking information is provided via email for most of the orders. In the event, orders may become lost in transportation, delivered to the wrong address, or consigned to a person other than you. This may include a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or property manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or in a location hidden from plain view. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us.

In the case of COD orders our courier will make one to three attempts to deliver the order after which it will be returned to our warehouse. ROYALOAK reserves the right to not accept COD orders from any person including persons who have not previously received products and issued payments.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

Check the packing and DO NOT take delivery of a product that has been damaged. If any basis you are unable to reject accept the product from the courier, inform Customer service within 24 hours and we will ship out a replacement.
